Introduction

موسسه زبان و فرهنگ شناسیIslam, the true religion, is a universal religion with the goal of prosperity for all human beings. Considering this, the principal leaders of conveying the global message of true Islam are seminary schools which have kept it with the sincere endeavor and effort of scholars and crusaders during many years. In addition, the Islamic Revolution of Iran has provided new horizons for spreading and developing the religious knowledge in the world and has got the attention of those eager of Ahl Al-Beit’s knowledge to Qom, the centre of true Islamic seminary scholars. This has increased the tough responsibility of seminary scholars and has spread the religious and Quranic sciences to outside of Iran. Based on this, the holy establishment of Jameat Al-Mustafa Al-Alamyah was formed by merging two great and holy establishments of Global Center of Islamic Studies and Abroad Seminary Schools Organizations. This establishment has assumed the responsibility of training specialized and refined religious scholars in and out of Iran and for many years could fulfill this crucial task successfully and with new steps could make other honors which among them can be the new policy of understanding the language and culture of countries with different nations. Considering the new potentials such as the existence of different nations in and out of Iran and for understanding cultures and analyzing social and cultural behaviors of different people, this establishment can converse, conceptualize, and debate with them. This is due to the belief that fulfilling the international ideals of Hawzah, which is training international and qualified preachers, teachers, and researchers isn’t possible except with understanding the language and culture of different countries. So in 2006, this establishment founded the language and culture group and after less than a year, due to the importance and vastness of the activities, it established the specialized center of language and culture.
